About the Nonprofit
Pencils and Possibilities raises funds to donate essential school supplies—like pencils, notebooks, and backpacks—to children in need across rural parts of Kerala, ensuring every child has the tools to learn.
We believe that education is the foundation for a brighter future, and that no child should be held back due to a lack of basic school supplies. Our mission is to bridge the educational resource gap and empower children through education.

About the Founder
Founded by Neha Kachappilly, a junior at Nashua High School South, the organization began with a vision to bridge the educational resource gap in her home country. Neha leads a passionate group of volunteers committed to spreading opportunities, one pencil at a time.
Having witnessed firsthand the challenges faced by students in rural Kerala, Neha was inspired to make a difference. What started as a small school project has grown into a dedicated nonprofit with a clear mission and growing impact.
